It is your responsibility to insure your goods whilst in storage. If you have a current contents policy, consult your insurer to transfer the policy to Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage.

HOW CAN I PAY MY STORAGE ACCOUNT?
Storage rental is paid monthly in advance. A variety of payment options are available. You can pay this by cash, cheque, credit card, eftpos, bank periodical payment or internet payments. Your rental can also be paid for longer periods in advance for your convenience.

HOW DO I GET MY GOODS INTO STORAGE?
There are a number of ways to get your belongings into storage.
Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage can recommend an experienced and reliable removalist
to do the work for you. Alternatively, if your goods are within 10 kilometres
from our facility, you are welcome to take advantage of our FREE pantech
truck and driver or trailer. Please contact our facility for details.

HOW DOES YOUR FREE TRUCK AND DRIVER SERVICE WORK?
Our staff will organise a convenient time with you. We drop the truck to you, and you load it. We drive it to the facility for you and you unload it into your storage space.

HOW SECURE IS MY UNIT?
It's not worth taking unnecessary risks.
At Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage, we use the latest and most advanced security
systems available. We can give you peace of mind by storing with us.
All Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage facilities have computerised PIN code access,
24 hour recorded video surveillance, individually alarmed units, insertion locking systems, security
gates and fencing, and well lit and maintained premises.
The majority of our facilities also have resident managers.

DOES MY UNIT HAVE A GOOD SOLID ROOF?
Before choosing a storage facility, walk into the unit and check it has
solid walls and a good solid roof. Also check around the unit for signs
of water leakage.
At Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage, our buildings are purpose built of concrete
structure with a solid, insulated roof.

HOW OFTEN CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT?
As often as you like. Normal access hours are 6:00am to 8:30pm every day of the year. 24 hour access is available on request.

DO YOU HAVE 24 HOUR ACCESS, 7 DAYS A WEEK?
Most of our facilities have resident managers which allow you to have 24 hour access. Our offices are open 7 days a week at most locations. Be sure to check this with the storage facility before choosing where you
wish to store.

DO YOU ACCEPT DELIVERIES ON OUR BEHALF?
Yes. Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage can accept deliveries for commercial customers. Please contact our Facility Manager to find out how.

IS IT SIMPLE TO MOVE OUT?
Yes. You only need to give two weeks notice to end the agreement, and return the lock and keys once you have vacated the unit.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO MOVE OUT?
You are required to give14 days notice via the telephone, in person or
in writing.
